Problem statement:: I own a company named as KG Electronics which manufactures washing machines and water purifiers. Here we have a problem with the customer complaint since they have to call the company and ask the concerned person to register the complaint but this is becoming a tedious job since it is highly difficult to manage hundreds of calls everyday and serve  them according to the complaint number hence, I have created a customer support portal where a customer can register the complaint and he is given the ticket number according to the number given the complaints are addressed by the staff and work accordingly.
Here is the link of the complaint box of the customer::
The user name of general or the admin panel is

Here select the softaculus software and from here we can create an ERP or customer  support portal etc
AS I HAVE CREATED A CUSTOMER SUPPORT PORTAL USING HESK





















When we click on hesk we can install it and create the customer support sysem.

THEN WE HAVE TWO INDIVIDUAL CUSTOMER COMPAINT PANELS FOR WASHING MACHINES  AND WATER PURIFIERS NOW LET US SEE HOW DOES IT WORK.






















THIS IS THE COMPAINT BOZ WHERE IN WE CAN REGISTER THE COMPLAINT BY CLICKING ON SUBMIT A TICKET ,AND WE CAN VIEW THE SAME TICKET WHICH WE SUBMITTED USING VIEW EXISTING TICKET

NOW AFTER THE CUSTOMER IS DONE WITH SUBMMITING THE TICKETS IT’S THE ADMINISTRATION PANNEL DUTY TO KEEP THE TRACK OF THE TICKETS AND REPLY THEM ON TIME AND FOR THIS WE WILL HAVE TO GO TO THE ADMINISTRATOR PANNEL BY CLICKING ON THE LINK BELOW





















HERE WE HAVE TO GIVE THE LOGIN AND PASSWORD TO LOGIN TO SEE THE COMPALINTS HERE AS WE HAVE CREATED TWO CATEGORIES
Once we login into the admistration panel the page would look like  below























Here the staff can view the complaints and rely accordingly similarly separate logins have been created for washing machines and water purifiers logins have been mentioned above in the problem statement itself.

My blog

                                     I became the teacher of my teacher

              This conversation between two friends who have joined MBA in different colleges and taking on phone about their daily routine

ME:: hey amulya how was day??

Amulya:: hey sri was bad

ME:: why what happened is everything alright??

Amulya:: hmmm no I am sick ...iam suffering with severe headache and did not attend classess today which inncluded MIS which is very important

ME:: Thats odont worry will teach u I am done with almost 3 classess as of now so i think i can explain MIS to you

Amulya:: Hey thats cool what more than that

ME::yeah anything for you amu .......ok firstly we would start with MS word right??

Amulya(sarcastically):: I guess i was the one who taught u as far as i remember!!

Me(ignoring the statement):: Now when you open a word document from your system its called single tier application.Because the data, i.e the word file and the application i.e Ms word 2010 are residing in the same system that is your personal computer. Are you with me? anyways who cares, i'm gonna continue ;)

Me: Now let me move on to 2 tier applications, before that let me ask you a question.
Say you are going to a multiplex to watch a movie. You stood in the counter 1 and got a ticket with seat number A12.Now if you immediately go to counter 3 (which issues ticket for the same movie and same time) is there any chance of you getting another A12 ticket??? or is there any other chance of any one else getting the seat number?

Amulya::Stop giving silly examples and go a head

ME::Me: Rite, Now that 'some kinda setup' is what we call 2 tier architecture. Because the data, i.e the seats available/blocked/booked will be a central data common to all counters and the application they use to book tickets and take print etc would reside in their own computer. Because the data source ie the data server is central there is no case of data integrity. Very easy isnt it.

Amulya:: yeah i get it now its easy

ME::Awesome. Now i'll move on to 3 tier architecture. In 2 tier architecture all the processing of data are done in client application software, so obviously there were issues in transmitting data to another terminal. To oversome this we introduced some thing called 'Application servers'. These servers will pull data from central box, do all the processing and then give the final output to the thin client application. Now we'll move into multi tier applications.

Amulya:: oh its interesting so is it some thing like booking tickets online is it??

ME::exactly Now thats the concept of multi tier applications. We introduce some thing called 'web servers'. Why so? Because our browsers cant interact with application servers directly, so we need a web server to do that. And thats almost the end of tiered architecture.
Amulya:: oh!! thats great its easy thanks darling u made it easy for me now i can go do my assignments:)

ME:: hey stop being so formal .....any thing for u swthrt:)

Amulay::heheh yeah thanks da chalo its dinner time catch u later:)

ME:: yup sure and take care of your health:) bye
